Great customer service experience from beginning to end
As a new customer I'm very impressed with the level of customer service, support and product quality from Flashbay.
I requested a quote for USBs and within 24 hours received a mock up of the products available following on from a phone call to determine needs and then a very impressive sample pack of products FOC.
I had a few queries and requested alternative designs and Connor very promptly attended to my requests and kept me up to date throughout the ordering process.
The products were delivered in great condition and I'm really pleased with the final result.
I would definitely recommend them and will be exploring other orders in the future.
